Retro Done Right

The FP staff are suckers for a retro wedding... the intrigue, the glamor, the vintage details!  However, I've noticed that it can be tough to keep a retro theme without the bridal party's outfits coming off as "costume-y".  So, I thought it fitting to highlight a lovely bride and groom who were able to strike the perfect balance of retro goodness in their wedding attire.  Cutie pies Wendy & Jay, clearly have a vintage sensibility about them and their nuptial style should be the retro standard.  With a nicely tailored three-piece suit, pocket watch, and slicked back hair, Jay is the epitome of the timeless groom.  Wendy with a 1950's inspired veil, pearl necklace, and vibrant red lipstick displays all the best of attributes of a vintage bride.  So take a cue from these two, leave the costumes at home and check out retro done right...
