Every week my email box is flooded with questions: How do I make cupcakes without a cupcake pan? Where did you find that tablecloth? Can you send me a piece of that cake you made last week? I try to answer all of these as honestly as I can, but sometimes I simply can’t reply to everyone… and no, I am not going to send you a piece of cake in the mail… plus, I already ate it all. Well, one of the most common questions I receive, is who are my favorite chefs to follow on Instagram. I have so many, I could not list them all in one post. So instead, I will periodically introduce you to some of the best Instagram food and drink accounts out there. So let’s get to it with my first official pick, Paris Chez Sharon.
With over 70 thousand followers, Paris Chez Sharon let’s you follow along as one woman samples the sweet delights of the French city. A culinary tour guide living in Paris, Sharon indulges in some of the most fantastical desserts the city has to offer. Her gorgeous photography and detailed documentation makes you feel like you are biting into each delectable treat. Here are just a few of her amazing posts…
No guys that’s not a real Lemon, this is a Lemon dessert!!! One of the most beautiful creations of @cedricgrolet the head Pastry Chef of @lemeuriceparis 🍋🍋🍋can watch this video again and again and each time I’m impressed by this creativity. And what’s inside? Different textures of lemon like lemon compote, lemon mousse and chocolate cover. Bravo Chef!
The Galette Azur:
“What can I say, the King of Patisserie created one of the best Galette des Rois of 2017. This Galette AZUR by Pierre HERME is not only beautiful but also tasty. Perfect puff pastry, almond cream with Yuzu, chocolate and Yuzu ganache and candied Yuzu peel. This combination is brilliant, Bravo Chef!” See the post here.
An afternoon with @cedricgrolet is always a pleasure 😉 This time filming all the fruits creations by the Chef. One of my favorite is The NOISETTE (The Hazelnut) which i can eat without thinking about the calories, as it’s sooooo good. Hazelnuts mousse, hazelnut cream, caramel, hazelnut praliné, dacquoise and milk chocolate cover. Don’t miss it in the Tea-time of @lemeuriceparis
Fig & Vanilla Tartelette:
“Love this picture of the beautiful Tartelette with Figs and Vanilla. Cruncy pate sablee, figs confit, vanilla cream and fresh figs. Bravo @nicolas_bacheyre for Un Dimanche a Paris @dimancheaparis.” See the full post here.

There you have it! It’s like going on a culinary tour of Paris everyday from the comfort of your own home… although, I personally would much rather prefer to be there in person. N’est pas?! See more from Paris Chez Sharon’s fabulous Instagram account here.
