There is one ingredient that dominates my pantry. Truffles. I am pretty obsessed with this rare treat and I cannot walk past a truffle-flavored item in the store without purchasing it. It’s an expensive problem. But if there is one thing I’ve learned from my truffle hoarding, it is that there is a huge difference in quality between brands. And given the price of the coveted ingredient, it is essential to know which products are worth the investment. So, that is why I’m sharing my new favorite product, TruffleHunter’s White Truffle Oil, with you today. And to commemorate my utter glee, I have created a unique take on a traditional recipe, White Truffle Brazilian Cheese Bread.

If you have ever had the pleasure of munching on Brazilian Cheese Bread or Pao de Queijo, then you know how scrumptiously decadent it already is. Add to it TruffleHunter White Truffle Oil and you have a dish seemingly ordained by the fungus gods! So, let’s get to this deceptively easy recipe…

TruffleHunter White Truffle Oil is literally the best truffle oil I have ever tasted. Made with the highest quality of White Truffle and olive oil, it has a perfectly earthy aroma. Not only does it work perfectly as an ingredient in recipes like the one featured here, it also makes for a wonderful finishing sauce. Keep it on hand to dress up pastas, pizza, or risotto. Or try it as a meat marinade or as an integral part of a burger patty recipe. The quality the TruffleHunter product is quite impressive and it is no surprise given that the star ingredient is sourced by the best in the industry. The company is run by truffle specialists with expertise in the fungi’s prime micorclimate and hunting conditions. Plus, they’re located in the Cotswold countryside of South West England where they are able to hand-select the best truffles from the finest regions across Europe, as well as hunt for delicious English Truffles in Somerset & Wiltshire. In conclusion, if TruffleHunter were a person, I’d want it to adopt me… that’s all I’m saying.

True story, I barely had enough time to finish this photo shoot before my husband descended upon these babies like a rabid vulture during a drought. The TruffleHunter White Truffle Oil aroma literally lingered in our house for hours after the bread was gone. It was such a tease. The best part about this whole affair is you don’t have to go on an endless market quest to get your hands on this heavenly oil. TruffleHunter White Truffle Oil is available on Amazon Prime. Yes, I know and you’re welcome. Make sure to order a bottle (or ten!) and let me know what you think of my White Truffle Brazilian Cheese Bread.
