Mango Piña Colada Popsicles

Some recipes are so good, we made them twice! And isn’t that the goal… a recipe so great, you want to make it again?! With the sweltering heat on this first day of August, it’s time to revisit a chilly classic. Mango Piña Colada Popsicles, baby!

Not only is this recipe quite yummy indeed, it is super easy to throw together in a pinch. First, thoroughly mix together 1 1/2 ounces of coconut rum with 1 cup of mango juice and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Then fill a popsicle mold mostly full, leaving a little room at the top.

Then carefully add the chopped pineapple (or any fruit of choice, for that matter) to the mold. Be careful not to plop the fruit in or disturb the popsicle stick.  Mango Piña Colada Popsicles

Freeze overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours) and then enjoy!
